CASE STUDY

CENTURY LINK FIELD

ROSSETTI used its Return on Design™ approach to masterplan a phased and prioritized stadium renovation to significantly upgrade fan amenities targeted toward guest demographics and increase revenue generating opportunities throughout the stadium.

  • Pro Shop:  ROSSETTI doubled the space of the small pro shop that houses both teams’ merchandise as well as premium brands. The new design increased team merchandise sales by 400% in the first year, generating $5 million in sales annually and decreasing the payback period by 40%.

  • Brougham Beer Hall:  Designed like a European supporter club, the Beer Hall has the flexibility to switch team graphics on game day for an immersive team environment. The new hospitality environment also generates $250,000 in sales annually, from what was previously a non-revenue generating space.  

  • Pressbox Suites: ROSSETTI designed two traditional premium suites and two non-traditional mini suites attached to a 500 square foot communal area.  This ROD™ strategy generated $750k in revenue with a pay back of less than 3 years, exceeding the initial strategic study. 

  • On-Field Endzone Seating: ROSSETTI worked with the CLF and NFL to add unique seating in the south Endzone, by adding nearly 50 lounge-type seats on the playing field. This previously non-revenue generating space yielded an immediate pay back.
